senior technical role responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of member-facing platforms through hands-on engineering leadership and execution of automation-first practices across the SDLC. This position focuses on designing and implementing quality engineering solutions, leveraging deep technical expertise in automation, API-first testing, AI-driven/agentic techniques, and non-functional validation. This is not a traditional QA Lead role. Day to Day:Provide front-office and executive support to senior government leadership.Coordinate meetings, travel requests, taskers, coverage, and weekly status reporting.Draft and distribute leadership communications, talking points, office policies, HR notices, and executive correspondence.Manage office inquiries and coordinate responses to HR and administrative questions.Support Town Halls and leadership events, including logistics, agendas, talking points, and follow-up actions.Maintain trackers for travel, performance evaluations, awards, recruitment activities, high-priority projects, and other action items.Coordinate across leadership, HR, supervisors, employees, and other internal and external stakeholders.Assist with technology rollouts, beta testing, transition activities, and strategic communications.Compensation: $45 – 55/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
