Senior Project Managers at Cupertino Electric are responsible for the day-to-day operations of construction projects and the successful management of a high-performing team. Senior Project Managers provide internal and external coordination and collaboration with project partners and stakeholders. They are tasked with establishing team member roles and responsibilities and take the lead in defining the structure and communication expectations to ensure efficient work and progression. The Senior Project Manager will lead the team in successfully managing the planning, execution, and financial performance of projects using business practices that are consistent with our company values ? people, safety, integrity, innovation, and excellence. Provide full ownership of project delivery, including financial performance, schedule adherence, risk management, client satisfaction, and strategic alignment with company objectives.Lead multiple complex projects or large flagship projects simultaneously, ensuring all scopes are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with contract requirements.Serve as the primary point of accountability for project outcomes, directing Project Managers, APMs, Project Engineers, and coordinating with field leadership teams.Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across the project team.Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans, work breakdown structures, and construction sequencing strategies for complex commercial and industrial projects.Oversee procurement strategies, long-lead planning, subcontractor buyout, staffing plans, and logistics to ensure all project phases are coordinated and fully resourced.Review and validate project estimates, budgets, schedules, and contract documents to ensure alignment between preconstruction and operations.Ensure the project team understands project constraints, customer expectations, technical requirements, and success criteria.Lead risk identification, analysis, and mitigation planning, including design gaps, scope ambiguities, procurement delays, constructability issues, and project-specific environmental or regulatory risks.Maintain and enforce a living risk register, ensuring active monitoring and escalation of issues before they impact cost or schedule.Own the financial health of assigned projects, including revenue forecasting, cost-to-complete analysis, margin management, cash flow planning, and change order profitability.Develop, approve, and/or negotiate all major change orders, subcontractor agreements, and cost adjustments, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and company financial targets.Develop detailed monthly job cost reviews, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and early detection of deviations.Oversee and support recovery plans for underperforming projects to protect profitability and schedule commitments.Interpret, administer, and enforce contract terms, specifications, and commercial requirements for both upstream client contracts and downstream subcontractor agreements.Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, owners, general contractors, agencies, and key project partners.Mentor and develop Project Managers, APMs, PEs, and field leadership by providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.Promote alignment across departments (Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Safety, QA/QC, Accounting) to ensure seamless project execution.Support the Superintendent and field leadership in ensuring the project is built according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.Drive the company?s safety culture by ensuring planning for safe operations, correcting unsafe behaviors, and supporting incident investigations and corrective actions.Serve as a cultural ambassador for CEI, modeling professionalism, integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Insight Global is looking for a Regulatory Compliance and MLRO Director (Canada).Responsibilities: ?Develop and manage Financial Crime and AML methodology to manage all sources of regulatory risk to ensure adherence to FINTRAC regulations under the PCMLTFA. ?Monitor any changes to FINTRAC regulations and AML/CTF laws, ensuring the organization promptly adapts its policies and procedures accordingly.? ?Act as the primary point of contact with FINTRAC and other regulatory bodies for AML/CTF matters.? ?Identify control gaps and lead the implementation of control enhancements to include AML, OFAC, and Regulatory Compliance.? ?Develop country specific risk assessment highlighting control gaps.? ?Build up compliance oversight and testing activities as per regulatory and governance requirements and issue internal reports to Senior Management (AML/CTF internal control report, Fraud, periodic internal reports etc.)? ?Act as a subject matter expert for the business and management on compliance-related matters in Canada, US, and Latin America.? ?Review and approve high risk business for institutional clients from the Americas Region (including financial institutions and Banking as a Service Clients).? ?Lead AML external audits and support on bank partner requests.? ?Lead the risk assessment process to identify, assess, and manage the organization?s AML/CTF risks, including assessing product, service, customer, and geographic risk factors. ?Ensure timely and accurate filing of FINTRAC reports, such as Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs), Large Cash Transaction Reports (LCTRs), and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Reports in accordance with legal deadlines. ?Provide advisory support to improve and streamline end to end compliance operational processes and systems through automation and technology.? ?Lead the roll out and ongoing management of the Compliance Training Framework.? ?Manage and contribute to the Compliance Committee.? ?Participating in Compliance or business-driven projects, including regulatory developments and strategic initiatives.? ?Own, build, and maintain the Retail Payment Activities Act (RPAA) compliance program, including end-to-end program development, regulatory reporting obligations, and ongoing ownership of regulatory requirement updates and change management. ?Own, build, and maintain the Payment Service Provider (PSP) compliance program, including program infrastructure, regulatory reporting, and full lifecycle ownership of evolving PSP regulatory obligations and supervisory expectations. ?Lead the operationalization of Stablecoin-related compliance requirements, including development of policies, controls, and reporting frameworks aligned with applicable regulatory guidance and emerging legislative developments. ?Oversee and manage significant regulatory and independent program audits, including examination preparation, response coordination, findings remediation, and validation of corrective action plans to closure.
