As a Staff Automation Engineer, you’ll provide expertise in a suite of technical tools and products in a given domain to ensure solutions are safe, secure, compliant and reliable. You’ll identify develop and support needs, as well as taking on design responsibilities supporting project tasks. As the Staff Engineer, you’ll facilitate dialogue and activities to ensure team collaboration including teams outside of your domain. You’ll develop effective presentations and narratives for their teams. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -Own engineering work from design through production support.-Build AI-enabled and agent-based solutions, including Generative AI (LLMs) and Agentic patterns.-Apply best practices for reliability, performance, and observability.-Design and build solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).-Integrate AI capabilities using Azure OpenAI / Copilot-style patterns.-Contribute to API and system integrations, including secure authentication (OAuth).-Create clear technical designs and diagrams to explain how solutions work.-Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, and business teams.-Provide technical guidance and mentoring within the project team.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. My client based out of Washington DC is seeking a Sr. Acquisitions Analyst to join their growing team. This team focuses on identifying land that low-income housing can be built on across the country. The correct candidate will take over expansion into new markets, starting in Dallas, Cincinnati, and Indianapolis. This role will be expected to travel ~2/month on average for 1-3 days at a time. Position SummaryThe Construction Superintendent is responsible for the day to day execution of construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in strict accordance with contract documents. This role requires deep experience leading complex, vertical hospital construction projects, coordinating multiple trades in active healthcare environments, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.Key Responsibilities?Plan, schedule, and oversee all on site construction activities to meet project milestones and overall completion dates.?Coordinate, supervise, and monitor subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.?Read, interpret, and enforce construction documents, directing subcontractors on proper execution of work.?Lead daily site operations, including logistics, manpower coordination, sequencing, and quality control.?Maintain a safe jobsite and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and site specific safety requirements.?Participate in design reviews and constructability discussions to support contractual objectives.?Develop agendas and lead weekly progress meetings, pre construction meetings, and post job conferences.?Track schedule impacts, identify risks, and communicate deviations or corrective actions to project leadership and clients.?Assist the Project Manager / Site Manager with project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting.?Support progress payment requirements, quantity tracking, and administration of complex contract phases.?Maintain professional, proactive customer relationships through consistent communication.?Stay current on government regulations and commercial construction trends, ensuring compliance with: oDavis Bacon ActoService Contract ActoOther applicable federal regulations?Perform administrative and reporting tasks using standard construction software and office tools.?Perform other duties as assigned.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
