Insight Global Earns UK Best Workplaces for Women Recognition Amid Continued Global Expansion

Employee-earned recognition highlights the company’s ability to scale culture alongside sustained global growth.

Insight Global, a talent, consulting, and AI company, has been named one of the United Kingdom (UK)’s Best Workplaces™ for Women 2026 by Great Place to Work® UK, a recognition based on employee feedback that highlights organizations where women report positive workplace experiences and meaningful opportunities to grow, lead, and succeed.

The UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ recognition is based on confidential employee feedback collected through Great Place to Work’s Trust Index™ survey, which evaluates employees’ experiences across areas including trust in leadership, fairness, inclusion, and opportunities for professional growth.

The recognition highlights Insight Global’s ability to maintain a strong, people-first culture during a time where it continues to scale its international footprint and invest in the capabilities needed to meet growing customer demand worldwide. Over the past year, the company’s UK business location has grown performance by more than 33%, while international business performance is up 28% year to date. The company also saw a 77% increase in new openings across Europe this past quarter, reflecting continued demand from leading global enterprises for talent, consulting, and AI solutions.

Most recently, Insight Global announced plans to double the size of its AI services and product development unit, IG Labs, by the end of 2026 in response to accelerating customer demand for enterprise AI transformation services. As the company expands its capabilities, customer base, and reach, it remains focused on scaling the employee experience that drives its success.

Insight Global views culture as a strategic business advantage that enables sustainable growth, attracts exceptional talent, and helps deliver stronger outcomes for customers around the world.

“Growth tests every part of an organization, especially its culture,” said Linzee Capito, Executive Director of European Services. ” We’ve made a deliberate investment in creating an environment where our people can thrive as we scale, and this recognition celebrates the incredible women across our UK team who shape that experience every day.”

This honor represents another milestone in Insight Global’s broader global culture strategy. Earlier this year, the company earned Great Place to Work certification in India, reinforcing its commitment to creating exceptional employee experiences across international markets while empowering local teams to build cultures that reflect the communities they serve.

Today, Insight Global operates in more than 50 countries, helping organizations solve talent, consulting, and AI challenges through access to world-class talent and specialized consulting expertise. As international demand continues to grow, the company remains committed to ensuring its culture grows alongside its business.

“Our purpose has always been to develop our people personally, professionally, and financially,” Capito added. “As we continue growing around the world, we’re proving that high-performing cultures and high-growth businesses aren’t competing priorities; they strengthen one another.”
