Insight Global Names Mal Tedesco Vice President of International Healthcare Services

Insight Global is proud to announce the promotion of Mal Tedesco to Vice President of International Healthcare Services. Mal has played a pivotal role in Insight Global’s healthcare division, building and scaling the company’s international healthcare program by connecting highly skilled nurses from around the world with hospitals across the United States.  

A 14-year veteran of Insight Global, Mal brings a wealth of experience into her new role. Prior to joining the international nursing program three years ago, she was a top salesperson, responsible for selling and winning the company’s first bulk immunization program at one of the largest pharmacy chains in the U.S.  

Mal joined the international nursing team in 2022 to mature the program into a scalable business offering in response to the nationwide nursing shortage. Since then, she and her team have successfully delivered a custom-built, multi-year international nursing program to U.S. hospital systems across 32 states.   

In her new role, Mal will lead expansion efforts into new skillsets and countries, reinforcing Insight Global’s mission to deliver world-class healthcare talent to clients nationwide.

In her new role, Mal will continue fostering a global pipeline of compassionate, qualified professionals, helping clients deliver exceptional care while creating opportunity and community for healthcare workers around the world.
