By creating a culture where all people are celebrated, included, and uplifted, everyone can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We believe that if we encourage our people to engage in healthy debate, challenge the status quo, and push to do things differently, those things will make us a better company and more effective in our purpose and mission.
Our DE&I efforts have led to the establishment of an internal diversity council, carefully crafted Employee Network Resource Groups, and other service offerings like trainings, client consulting and a fully inclusive holiday PTO policy. All of which promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workspace and empower all our people to find success here.
