One of Insight Global’s legal clients is looking for an energetic and detail oriented full-time Legal Administrative Assistant to join our group of professionals who will be responsible for administrative support with personal injury cases in State and Federal Courts in their Dover, NH office. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years? administrative assistant experience, in a corporate setting. Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented, execution-focused professional to support a large Medicare Sales Operations organization within the Digital Readiness & Implementation function. This role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and partner enablement, playing a key role in ensuring vendors, platforms, and digital experiences are operationally ready?especially during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, highly regulated environments, is comfortable working through data ambiguity, and takes ownership of driving work forward across multiple internal teams and external partners.Drive execution of Digital Readiness initiatives, ensuring vendors and partners meet critical AEP timelines and readiness requirementsAct as a central point of coordination between external vendors and internal operational, technical, and business teamsManage and validate operational data, including reports, file transfers, reconciliations, and data quality checksTrack implementation milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreamsCreate, submit, and manage JIRA tickets, ensuring issues are documented, prioritized, and driven through resolutionSupport AEP testing efforts, including validation of digital sites, benefit configurations, and readiness checkpointsPerform analytical reviews to identify trends, gaps, or potential operational risksDocument decisions, action items, and outcomes to support operational transparency and complianceEnsure operational accuracy and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards–Support Health Risk Assessment (HRA) completion and payment-related inquiries-Research, validate, and reconcile HRA data across systems and reports-Partner with HRA technology and operations teams to resolve data or platform issues-Communicate system outages, defects, or platform disruptions to stakeholders-Develop a working understanding of HRA data flows and dependencies to support issue resolution. Environmental Health & Safety Group Leader

Newport, NH

The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Group Leader is responsible for leading and managing all safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance activities within a manufacturing facility. This role provides strategic direction and day-to-day oversight for the site?s EHS programs while supervising the Safety Coordinator and Environmental Engineer. The EHS Group Leader drives a proactive safety culture, ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and partners with operations leadership to reduce risk, improve environmental performance, and support operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: -Lead, mentor, and develop the Safety Coordinator and Environmental Engineer. -Serve as the primary EHS resource for plant leadership and employees. -Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., OSHA). -Oversee environmental compliance programs related to air, water, waste, hazardous materials, and sustainability initiatives. -Ensure compliance with EPA and applicable state/local environmental regulations. -Manage environmental permitting, reporting, inspections, and audits. -Support waste reduction, recycling, and sustainability initiatives to improve environmental performance. -Lead efforts to conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments across the facility. -Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses; analyze root causes and recommend?corrective/preventative?actions. -Coordinate and facilitate safety training programs for employees, supervisors, and contractors -Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, training, equipment inspections, and corrective actions. -Serve as a key contact for emergency response coordination and drills. -Work collaboratively with production teams and management to identify hazards and implement process improvements. -Ensure proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety devices. -Track and report safety metrics to senior leadership on a regular basis.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
