The role is responsible for providing Tier 3 technical support for critical infrastructure systems, including AC and DC power systems, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), fire detection and... suppression systems, HVAC and mechanical equipment, medium-voltage systems, automated AC switchgear, paralleling gear, and grounding systems. This position supports operations across multiple regions and requires availability for 24/7/365 escalation.Key responsibilities include managing large-scale repairs and infrastructure projects, developing programs to improve maintenance processes, and delivering both on-site and virtual training related to critical infrastructure operations.
