The Estimator will support government and private-sector proposals and will be responsible for developing accurate, compliant cost volume proposals by analyzing solicitation requirements, building detailed cost models, and coordinating pricing across materials, equipment, and subcontracted work. The ideal candidate has strong experience reviewing formal RFPs/IFBs, developing and managing large work breakdown structures, and creating complex cost spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel. This role requires the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with design, construction, and management teams throughout the conceptual, design-build, and design-bid-build phases.
