The product leverages a Laravel-based application layer alongside a containerized Python AI service, with a strong focus on speed, accuracy, and high-quality responses. This is a high-impact, 100% remote direct hire opportunity for a Sr. Laravel Engineer. We?re looking for someone with experience developing sales CRM or sales workflow systems, with a strong background in asynchronous processing and queuing. Expertise with Laravel Horizon for managing email, SMS, and message queues is critical. You?ll also work with Laravel, Next.js, APIs, and webhooks, and any exposure to Python or AI is a plus.In this role, you will:?Design and build core backend systems that power the sales automation platform?Develop scalable functionality using PHP/Laravel, with a focus on high-volume asynchronous workflows?Manage background jobs, queues, and event-driven processes supporting email and SMS automation?Integrate with external systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot via APIs and webhooks?Architect systems to handle heavy load, including queue strategies, retries, and failure handling?Partner with technical leadership to improve performance, reduce bottlenecks, and evolve overall architecture?Contribute to engineering standards and help guide technical decisions across the teamWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
