ResponsibilitiesIn this role, the Senior Manager of Facilities will oversee the daily operation of a 24/7 semiconductor manufacturing plant while leading major construction and expansion projects, including the design and build of ISO 4 cleanrooms and upgrades to existing facilities. The manager will direct fab ramps and tool installation efforts, evaluate and implement energy-efficient technologies, and guide a team of engineers and technicians in supporting complex facility systems such as HVAC, UPW, power distribution, CDA, PV, IWT, PCW, and controls. Additional responsibilities include interpreting tool design and installation requirements, benchmarking cost-efficient operational practices, developing utility matrices, cost metrics, and master space plans, preparing project plans, schedules, and cost estimates, and generating purchase requests, ROI analyses, executive summaries, and proposals.
