Insight Global is looking to add a Facilities Project Manager to their client?s IT Corporate Connectivity organization. This person will be the central point of coordination for multiple concurrent... IT infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on hardware and facilities components such as low voltage systems and audio/video installations. This person will work on networking, infrastructure, and data center related projects so needs to have prior experience with these types of projects. Example of projects: updating conference rooms for all locations, adding 100 seats to a call center, etc. The role is approximately 80% meeting facilitation and stakeholder alignment, and 20% hands-on project updates and management. You will lead daily meetings, capture detailed notes, and drive cross-functional alignment across IT delivery teams and business stakeholders. Your responsibilities include managing project scope, schedule, and quality, translating technical requirements (e.g., network, servers, application support) into actionable plans, and proactively identifying and resolving risks. You?ll provide executive-level status updates and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
