As a Reliability Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our systems and equipment through proactive monitoring, analysis, and optimization... strategies.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ? Perform regular inspections, assessments, and analyses of equipment and systems to identify potential failures, defects, or inefficiencies.? Utilize advanced nondestructive testing techniques and tools to evaluate the integrity and performance of critical components.? Interpret data from various condition monitoring sources such as vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, and ultrasonic testing to assess equipment health and predict potential failures.? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies.? Generate reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions to optimize equipment reliability and performance.? Participate in root cause analysis investigations to identify underlying factors contributing to equipment failures or degradation.? Contribute to the development and refinement of predictive maintenance programs to enhance asset reliability and minimize downtime.? Stay informed about industry best practices, advancements in condition monitoring technologies, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve reliability practices.?
