The position involves working compressed shifts, Thursday through Saturday and every other Wednesday from 6am to 6pm. Key challenges include diagnosing equipment alarms, reading operational data, and creating action plans as needed. The Technician must be able to sustain equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment with minimal direction and use root-cause problem-solving techniques to address complex issues on semiconductor toolsets.
