Insight Global is seeking a WMS Operations Analyst for one of their top clients in the McCook, IL area. This role serves as the primary point of contact between warehouse operations, customers, and... IT for all Warehouse Management System (WMS)?related needs. The position provides Level 1 WMS support by analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues, escalating to IT when necessary, and configuring the WMS to align with operational workflows and business requirements. Responsibilities include documenting system issues and change requests, supporting system testing, validation, and go-live activities for new implementations or upgrades, and maintaining accurate system, process, and training documentation. The role also supports training and onboarding of warehouse staff, participates in cross-functional initiatives to optimize WMS performance, and ensures adherence to system best practices and standard operating procedures. A working knowledge of warehouse IT hardware such as RF devices, vehicle mounts, printers, and workstations is required.
