This Mechanical Engineering Manager will be leading their mechanical engineering team of 5-7 ME\u0027s and hardware repair technicians. This person will be dedicating about 80% of their time to hands on work (turning wrenches, making CAD files, leading senior engineers, working at work benches, supervising at a facility for testing, testing methodologies, handling military standards etc.) and 20% of their time to supporting managerial activities (i.e. developing a resource plan, handing HR related duties etc.).
