The Quantity Surveyor (QS) is responsible for managing all cost, financial, and contractual aspects of a large data center development. -Work with 5-6 project managers concurrently to support projects in various phases of design and construction.-Develop, implement, and maintain external and internal cost reports, cash flows and... forecasts.-Report accurate updates to cost reports or forecasts.-Responsible for ensuring quality checks and inspections on project controls deliverables.-Ability to compare schedule to financial data to ensure consistency of project timeline.-Ability to integrate schedule data and other data sources in excel via formulas, pivot tables, macros, etc.-Analyze project controls reports, present findings and provide recommendations to the project controls team.-Ensure budget tracking against Purchase Orders or Subcontracts.-Responsible for the review of upstream (prime contract) / downstream (PO & subcontract) change orders.-Manage integrated data from one program to another. -Responsible for ensuring quality checks and inspections on project controls deliverables.-Serves as a point of contact for technical questions from APM's, PM's, Lead Engineers, or -Construction staff.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
