Insight Global is looking for a Controls Business Development Manager for a premier mechanical construction & facility services company. This individual will build and maintain relationships with... these clients to identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities for Building Automation work. Day to Day Responsibilities: ?Prepares and executes business development action plans for Building Automation/Controls priorities.?Develops business objectives and their strategies to support overall Business Unit revenue goals.?Assists the estimating team with the development of Controls estimates, proposals and presentations and leads the presentation to specified clients and customers.?Communicates the outcome of presentations and relays the specifics of client expectations and other considerations that will influence/impact project performance.?Performs and manages industry/market segment research to identify potential opportunities and prioritize relationship building/business efforts.?Meets with the client/owner to provide advice and planning on new projects to ensure the project gets off to a good start.
