This team is responsible for upgrading, managing, and supporting the technology/systems for store registers and payment terminals. This role will assist is a short-term (will take at least the month of January) PC licensing upgrade, which will be across 2,000 PCs and 300 store locations. Will be communicating with store managers and a third-party technician at each of these locations, to guide them through the process and provide any needed assistance. The third-party technician will be onsite at the store with a thumb drive that contains the new imaging, then once imaging is completed, this role will be responsible for configuring and testing the register. Will need to do post-installation validation, to confirm all technology is operating efficiently, then update/document the status in deployment records.
