One of our clients is seeking a highly motivated Global Application Engineer ? Thermal System, to support the development and promotion of the complete Thermal Chain from Power generation to heat... re-use.In this role, you will support and promote data center reference designs by integrating Thermal Systems with power grid or on-site power generation, and perform project-specific calculations to advance and promote the overall thermal system offering. Key Responsibilities:?Develop tools and documentation for data center reference designs.?Integrate thermal system products into data centers connected to the grid or utilizing on-site power generation.?Perform project-specific thermal calculations related to heat recovery from on-site power generation, including integration with absorption and electric chillers.?Support the integration of new products?such as cold storage systems, absorption chillers, and gas-powered chillers?into the thermal systems portfolio.?Develop and maintain literature, benchmarks, presentations, and tools to support the promotion of thermal systems.?Gather and analyze customer feedback; prepare benchmarking analysis and presentations.?Keep customer-facing offering documentation and marketing collateral up to date, including product literature, list prices, presentations, and sales tools.?Collaborate with product managers to research market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.?Support the collection of customer insights to inform business cases for new products.?Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, competitive comparisons, and other sales enablement tools and collateral.?Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and workshops/training sessions (WT)We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
