Insight Global is seeking a Retail Lending Closer for a top banking client within the mortgage and consumer lending space. This individual will play a critical role in preparing and reviewing loan... and mortgage closing packages, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of documentation issues. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable collaborating with lending and underwriting teams to support smooth and compliant loan closings in a fast-paced environment.Day to Day: - Review loan approvals and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance- Ensure TRID rules and due diligence requirements are met prior to closing- Prepare and send closing instructions and disclosures- Review HUD-1 Settlement Statements for regulatory and investor adherence- Partner with lending staff to resolve documentation deficiencies- Verify underwriting and funding conditions are satisfied- Obtain required documentation for closing and disbursement of funds- Maintain timely communication with internal and external stakeholders- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and bank-specific regulations (BSA, AML, OFAC, etc.)We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
