Assist in Troubleshooting and solving product quality related issues? Assist in resolving product quality related issues and responding in a timely manner to customer complaints? Ensure HACCP and Food Safety systems are updated and current with changes in the plant, ingredients, and suppliers? Maintain focus and alignment of QA team with company priorities and strategic targets? Assist the company through various initiatives to meet cost targets and monitor quality standards? Review performance of QA Technicians and provide training/coaching? Coordinate the generation and delivery of certificates of analysis for shipments to co-packers? Ensure database of relevant tests is maintained?
