Manage the configuration of disk and tape backup, including tape labeling, pool management, and schedule management. Managing, configuring and troubleshooting issues on Pure storage, Brocade switches, escalating/engaging engineering or vendor as on when necessary. Implement and manage backup and recovery process for critical data. Take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution. Provide client support related to storage and backup environments via email and phone, escalating as necessary.
