This role supports the creation of live, virtual, and constructive (LVC) training environments that enable Guardians to test, train, and develop tactics in operationally relevant scenarios. The Senior Software Engineer will provide hands-on technical leadership while guiding architectural and technology decisions across complex, distributed training environments. Acting as a Product Owner, the candidate will collaborate with government stakeholders, integrators, and vendors to translate mission requirements into prioritized user stories and a clear product roadmap. This role includes designing, developing, testing, and maintaining secure, reliable software within a tiered DevSecOps environment in accordance with DoD standards. The engineer will mentor junior team members, champion Agile Scrum best practices, and enforce high standards for code quality, security, and performance.
