Insight Global's law office client in St. Petersburg, is seeking a Receptionist to support front-office operations for a four-month assignment. This role is client-facing and requires a calm,... polished professional who can manage a busy phone line, coordinate attorney schedules, and maintain an organized, welcoming office environment.The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and skilled at de-escalating tense situations while providing excellent customer service to clients, attorneys, and partners.Key Responsibilities- Greet clients and visitors in a professional, courteous manner and ensure a welcoming front-office experience- Answer and manage a high-volume phone line (approximately 50 calls per day), directing calls appropriately and making outbound calls as needed to coordinate attorney-client conversations- De-escalate and calmly manage client concerns, helping to reduce tension and maintain a professional environment- Coordinate and schedule calls and meetings between clients and attorneys- Oversee daily office readiness, including ensuring the conference room and kitchen areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked- Monitor office supplies and notify appropriate staff if items are missing or need to be ordered- Handle outgoing mail intake and distribution, ensuring mail is properly provided to and delivered to partners- Provide general administrative and front-desk support as neededPay: $18/hrWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
