A client of Insight Global is looking for a Pharmacy Tech Instructor who is responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality instruction in a classroom setting. This role fosters a positive and... motivating learning environment, counsels students on academic and personal development, and adapts curriculum to align with individual vocational goals. The instructor collaborates with vocational counselors and the Work-Based Learning team to support career readiness initiatives, identify new partnership opportunities, and implement the School-to-Career program. Additional responsibilities include meeting SMART goals, preparing accurate reports and evaluations, and participating in regular meetings with career counselors and trainees to ensure student success.
