The role requires strong ownership, organization, and comfort managing parallel workstreams from early planning through closeout. 20% of time will be dedicated to pre-construction planning and coordination, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder alignment. Majority of the time, roughly 35% to 50%, is spent actively managing construction, coordinating tenants, overseeing execution, contractor performance, inspections, and issue resolution across multiple sites.
