The AI Business Partner owns the business side of this flow, while the AI Solution Architect orchestrates architecture, prototyping, and enterprise scale-up.The AI Center of Excellence has demonstrated strong results in its first six months ? delivering validated prototypes across finance, manufacturing, marketing, and field operations. As SSB commits to driving $10M in incremental EBITDA through AI, the CoE must now accelerate the pace at which business opportunities are identified, scoped, and moved to production.Today, the CoE delivers fast ? prototypes in days, not months. But the team loses momentum on the business side: collecting requirements, getting feedback loops closed, and ensuring adoption.
