The engineer contributes to technical roadmaps, platform evolution, and architectural direction while maintaining strong code quality and testing standards. The role also includes mentoring through collaboration, technical discussion, and example. Success requires operating effectively in a fast-changing environment with high context and minimal day-to-day direction.This engineer builds and maintains backend Java services that support future AI and machine learning use cases across sourcing.
