This role is responsible for owning and building out a grant portfolio that supports key program needs across Orlando Health?s Alabama hospital network. On a day-to-day basis, this person will... identify and validate funding opportunities at the local, state, and national level, then lead the full lifecycle of grant development?from writing letters of intent and proposals to submitting applications and managing all supporting documentation and deadlines. They will work closely with Alabama hospital leadership, Orlando corporate teams, and community partners to develop and refine programs, acting as a consultant to internal stakeholders to shape ideas, ensure alignment with funding requirements, and build strong, competitive proposals. This individual will also maintain relationships with foundations, corporations, and grant-making organizations to drive ongoing funding opportunities, while ensuring compliance with grant guidelines, reporting requirements, and post-award execution.
