Manage and maintain purchase orders to include accurate pricing, charge account codes and vendor promise dates.? Monitor invoices on hold and work with internal stakeholders and suppliers for resolution.? Work with the Receiving department to reconcile shipping documentation from suppliers.? Collaborate with other departments (Shipping, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Accounts Payable, Facilities, Etc.) to resolve Plant issues with timely resolution.? Assist in the on-boarding of new suppliers and new item set ups.?
