Provide rate calculations and results to the Contracting Officer?s Representative and Civil Engineer Resource Advisor - Prepare quarterly reports for 10 Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) on Energy Performance Index, and Metering and Budgeting Program. - Respond to 10 CES data calls addressing current items of interest involving energy management - Serve as the base focal point for utility programs and data compilation. Provide monthly utility consumption and cost data into Defense Utility Energy Reporting System. Submit reports to higher headquarters on a quarterly basis within 15 days after the reporting quarter. - Support all applicable DoD energy targets and Air Force energy reduction goals for USAFA.
