A healthcare client is seeking to hire a Jira Developer to integrate their internal and third-party systems' APIs as the organization does an enterprise wide Jira implementation. Currently, their... project delivery teams are using several different tools for their development, ITSM, operational workflows and project management processes. As part of this new Jira Implementation effort, the developer is responsible for developing custom Jira solutions to ensure seamless data exchange with other systems using APIs and webhooks. This role requires strong development skills and a deep understanding of the Atlassian platform. Key Responsibilities include: ? Design and Implementation: Design and develop complex workflows, screen schemes, custom fields, permission schemes, and notification schemes to meet business requirements.? API Integration: Integrate Jira with other internal and third-party tools and systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, monitoring tools) using RESTful APIs, webhooks, and other integration methods.? Custom Development: Develop and maintain Jira plugins and add-ons using the Atlassian Plugin SDK or Atlassian Forge platform to extend Jira's functionality.? Automation: Implement automation rules for processes such as SLAs, routing, approvals, and escalations using built-in automation features or scripting languages like Groovy.?
