This role ensures full compliance with project-specific safety requirements, regulatory standards, and owner expectations.The PSC must remain active on the project until formally released with written approval from the ODR.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and enforce all site safety programs, policies, and procedures throughout the project durationServe as the primary point of contact for all safety-related matters with the Owner, ODR, and project teamConduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and safety audits to ensure complianceOversee incident prevention, reporting, and investigation processesEnsure all safety training, documentation, and certifications meet project and regulatory requirementsMaintain detailed records of safety activities, training, and compliance documentationSupport continuous safety improvement initiatives across all construction operationsMinimum QualificationsExperience Requirements7+ consecutive years dedicated exclusively to building construction safety5+ years in building construction safety managementExperience must be specific to building construction (general industry or specialty contractor safety experience will not qualify)Alternate Qualification Path:Bachelor?s degree in Construction Safety (or related discipline) + 3+ years of field experience in building construction safetyAdditional Experience Credit:Up to 2 years of additional credit may be granted for nationally recognized certifications (e.g., CSP, CHST), subject to owner approvalRequired Certifications \u0026 TrainingOSHA 500 (Construction Trainer) or OSHA 502 (Update for Construction Trainers) ?
