Lead, manage, coach, and develop all nursing staff? Oversee clinical care for up to 122 memory care residents? Ensure compliance with state regulations and CRSS standards? Conduct routine rounds and audits to maintain quality of care? Oversee admissions, assessments, and care plan development? Review staffing schedules to maintain proper coverage? Ensure incident reports and investigations are completed within 24 hours? Serve as liaison for resident and family concerns? Maintain administrative nursing documentation and chart audits? Drive accountability related to attendance, performance, and conduct? Support survey preparation and plan of correction processes? Promote a positive, respectful, and mission-driven cultureLeadership \u0026 Oversight? Oversight of all nursing personnel (CNAs, LPNs, RNs)? Direct responsibility for resident care, safety, and clinical standards? Coordination with Human Resources on hiring, performance, and discipline?
