The Scheduler will start with a preexisting schedule and use PDM (Precedence Diagram Method) to load additional cost and resources, and have periodic meetings with the prime and construction contractors, including monthly presentations of the critical path and critical submittals. Scheduling will be done in Primavera, so candidates will need to have experience with this software. The contract is slated to go to April 2025 with possible extensions up to an additional year.
