This individual will be responsible but not limited to the following:... joining a team that works in collaboration with a software organization to provide architectural guidance, troubleshooting and hands on integration support for mission projects. It drives adoption by identifying new use cases and managing internal onboarding efforts from concept through deployment, while also developing and delivering training sessions to build a self-sustaining technical community. The position includes creating mission-focused demos such as RAG systems and graph visualizations in classified or air gapped environments, serving as the technical point of contact to remove adoption barriers, coordinating with engineering teams as needed, and acting as the voice of the mission by providing direct feedback on public sector requirements, security controls, and feature needs.
