An Insight Global customer is looking to hire two CNC programmers to support a new project they've been awarded from their customers. The CNC Programmer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and... maintaining CNC programs used to manufacture precision mechanical components and assemblies. This role partners closely with machinists, manufacturing, and engineering teams to translate technical drawings and CAD models into efficient machining processes while ensuring quality, repeatability, and production efficiency. The ideal candidate has experience programming multi-axis CNC equipment in a high-precision manufacturing environment. This is a direct hire role that can offer between $100k and $115k salary. as well as profit sharing incentives.
