Manages the technical and inventory database to insure information is accurate and up to date. Order services from Telecom vendors for voice, data and wireless (cellular) servicies. Coordinate installations and project delivery timelines for Ryder and customer locations. Provide extended periods of time on support and project phone calls with Ryder users and vendors. Computer use for email communications with users, customers and vendors. Computer use for managing tasks on the Ryder incident ticketing system. Ability to quickly diagnose complex issues and set forth a recovery strategy or plan for solution.
