A large retail & commercial bank is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join their team in Mexico. The role can be fully REMOTE or can sit onsite in their Mexico City office. The candidate must... be bilingual in English/Spanish. The bank has close to $90B in assets, 9K employees and more than 2M customers along the east coast. In addition to providing excellent banking experiences for their customers, the bank also very involved in the community through charitable giving and philanthropy to give back to low/moderate income and underserved communities. They will be helping with their APM tool (application portfolio management) called Mega where theycreate and maintain all data of applications that bank has across enterprise. They will be responsible for following a process end to end to ensure proper set up and information for each model within the tool-- they have many models: 1 creation of new records 2nd commissioning records 3 application attestations 4 support 5 BAU with users 6 daily audits of tool 7 business owners 8 IT owners etc. They will need to make sure is there is an issue they can do root cause analysis and reach out the appropriate stakeholders to gather information that is needed and follow up until all information is given and see it through resolutions. Sometimes they may need to press stakeholders for further details if they don?t have the full picture, so someone who is detail oriented. This candidate must have strong Excel skills and analytical skills.
