This is not a traditional project management role. AI initiatives are dynamic ? priorities shift quickly, prototypes evolve in days, and the person needs to understand what AI can do to have the... right conversations with business stakeholders. The CoE delivery flow is straightforward: Business Scoping ? CoE Prototyping ? Data Gathering & Validation ? Enterprise Deployment ? Scale. The AI Business Partner owns the business side of this flow, while the AI Solution Architect orchestrates architecture, prototyping, and enterprise scale-up.The AI Center of Excellence has demonstrated strong results in its first six months ? delivering validated prototypes across finance, manufacturing, marketing, and field operations. As SSB commits to driving $10M in incremental EBITDA through AI, the CoE must now accelerate the pace at which business opportunities are identified, scoped, and moved to production.Today, the CoE delivers fast ? prototypes in days, not months. But the team loses momentum on the business side: collecting requirements, getting feedback loops closed, and ensuring adoption.
