We are seeking an experienced Outbound Outreach Specialist to support one of our PBM clients. This role is heavily phone-based and focused exclusively on outbound calls to provider offices to obtain... additional clinical and administrative information required for medication review and authorization workflows.This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable on the phone, detail-oriented, and experienced working in healthcare environments involving providers, insurance companies, or PBMs.Key Responsibilities?Make outbound calls only 10+ outbound calls per hour to physician and provider offices?Contact providers to request and collect: oAdditional clinical informationoDiagnosis detailsoMedication informationoSupporting documentation aligned with PBM guidelines?Clearly explain outreach purpose and guide provider offices on required information?Accurately document all call outcomes and details in internal systems?Perform heavy data entry while maintaining accuracy and compliance?Follow established call scripts, outreach guidelines, and training protocols?Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and complete information captureWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
