This individual will take ownership of all active projects, balancing hands-on project oversight with estimating, financial management, and customer relationship development. The ideal candidate brings deep BAS experience, understands low-voltage system installations, and has grown from the field into leadership. This role offers strong earning potential through profit-based bonuses, significant autonomy, and the opportunity to grow and shape a regional market.Oversee all BAS projects within the branch (New branch looking to gain and build new projects)Manage projects ranging from $1,500 to $300K (up to ~$2M total workload)Lead and support superintendents and project coordinators (Goal is to acquire a team of 20)Coordinate with estimating teams to develop accurate pricing and proposalsMaintain financial health of projects (budgets, margins, forecasting)Conduct regular job site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherenceBuild and maintain strong customer relationships with major clientsSupport business development and help grow the regional marketTravel locally for site visits and customer meetings (occasional overnight if needed)We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
