Insight Global is seeking a UI/UX Designer (Contractor) for a top IT client. This candidate will own the end-to-end design process, from research and discovery through execution and delivery, while... creating intuitive and visually refined user experiences. They will collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to transform complex workflows into seamless digital interactions. This individual will play a critical role in shaping product usability, driving user-centered decisions, and continuously improving design systems to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.Lead user research initiatives including interviews, contextual observation, and behavioral analysis to uncoverneeds and pain points across core user segments. Translate research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and detailed user flows for web and mobile applications,iterating rapidly based on stakeholder and user feedback. Design and deliver polished, accessible interfaces that meet usability standards and perform consistently acrossdevices and screen sizes.
