The Controller will report directly to the CFO and play a critical role in supporting expansion, manufacturing efficiency, and PE-level reporting expectations.Key Responsibilities Include: Financial Leadership & Business Partnering -Serve as a trusted advisor to operational decision-makers, providing financial insights and tools to drive continuous improvement. -Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives. -Communicate financial results, risks, and opportunities to key stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.-Support product development and operational teams in ensuring pricing, cost, and margin requirements are met. Accounting & Financial Reporting -Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. -Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including variance analysis against budget and performance metrics reporting. -Ensure compliance with US GAAP and other applicable financial reporting standards. -Assist with the preparation and coordination of the annual financial statement audit. Cost Control & Performance Metrics -Develop and monitor internal costing models to track key financial and operational metrics on a monthly basis. -Conduct economic and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement. -Partner with operations managers to reduce overall input costs and improve profitability. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management -Lead cash flow forecasting and active cash management to minimize borrowing costs. -Identify opportunities to optimize working capital and improve financial efficiency.
