This person would be working on 70% of projects and 30% would be... production support. They would be working with users, functional design documents, and talking with developers. They will be providing technical and functional support for procurement modules installed within the organization. Working with the business in order to refine business requirements documents, functional design, and testing documents. This person needs to have excellent communication due to talking to all levels of the business and documentation skills for the functional design documents.
