This position will be staffed by one (1) individual who is expected to distribute their time (and time onsite) across the program according to the staffing matrix provided in this RFP. Travel... between sites will be required on an as-needed basis to for specific events including: milestone pre-walks, billing and change order reviews, contractor meetings, and coordination of CMS staff. The position shall be billed hourly based on actual hours worked on projects.The CM will be required to observe construction directly and must be capable of using ladders, scaffold and other jobsite aids while complying with GC and OSHA safety requirements.Minimum qualifications for proposed staff for this position are and fifteen (7) years of post-graduate construction management experience with demonstrated experience on projects of similar size and scope and a BA in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
