Insight Global is looking to bring on a Litigation Estimator to sit fully remote, in support of a Construction client of ours. This role focuses on estimating repairs for construction defects and... litigation matters. You will work closely with our business development, construction operations, and expert witness teams to develop accurate, well-documented estimates that withstand legal scrutiny. The ideal candidate understands existing conditions, causation-based repairs, and documentation standards required in litigation environments.Key Responsibilities:? Review property damage claims that are in litigation or dispute? Prepare detailed repair estimates ? Analyze contractor bids, invoices, expert reports, and opposing estimates for accuracy and scope? Identify pricing discrepancies, scope differences, and code-related issues? Provide written estimate summaries and damage evaluations to support legal strategy?
