The team uses ION, and we?re looking for someone who understands how trades flow, how they?re validated, and how systems stay compliant with regulations.Responsibilities-Operate independently as a senior QA/QE supporting functional and automation testing-Quickly assess existing trading systems and integrations to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities-Plan and estimate testing effort using standard test estimation techniques-Create and execute test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts-Collaborate closely with developers and other QA team members-Log, track, and validate defects through resolution-Support UAT and Go-Live activities-Use test data management to identify and work with required datasets-Apply strong QA&QE best practices across all testing activities-Use creative and efficient testing approaches in fast-paced timelines-Lead testing discussions, summarize results, track defects and metrics, and provide go / no-go recommendationsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
