Work with FPA team to manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and overall financial strategy, including leadership of cash management processes and bank collateral audits.? Monitor financial performance metrics, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership.? Design and maintain an effective organizational structure within the accounting department, while leading, mentoring, and developing team members.? Develop and execute strategies within AR, AP, and GL functions that support operational excellence and company growth initiatives.?
